Protecting Employee (and your own) Mental Health

On the 2nd of May Searchlight & Lumina held their annual HR Forum at Channel 4 London, this session focused on protecting employees and your mental health. The panel included Chris Williams (Momentum 4), Sarah McCaffrey (Solas Mind) and Sophie Freeman (The Film & TV Charity), there were several important themes discussed throughout the session including signposting, how to spot mental health issues in your team, managing staff struggling with their mental health and much more.
